About the Business
Window cleaning was originally a service that I'd never considered doing and if it wasn't due to a friend who had window cleaned successfully for many years would certainly never have been my first choice.
After leaving school at 16, I worked initially for a local generator company for 18 months in sales, learning the ropes of business and its pitfalls before moving on to work in our father's business, wholesaling and retailing footwear, largely to the agricultural sector. This we expanded on over the next five years until farming went into meltdown, first with the BSE crisis, then with foot and mouth, farming became difficult, our outlets began shutting down in favour of selling off land for development and it was mutually decided that I should go my own separate way.
