LancashireI was unable to afford to have this man out to clean my windows whilst sick with Cancer for a few months of this year. Then when I was able to get back to some degree of normality he refused to come anymore. Instead he kept me engaged in dialogue by text, about coming over only to finally let me down after making me wait months, claiming his phone was faulty. Then he claimed to be away on holiday and time went by, my time wasted, until finally refusing to come at all. So clearly no respect for customers, it would appear that if you are sick and don't have him to clean your windows for a while you are struck off his list, as he said in text, his regulars come first. I was a regular until I got Cancer, and getting Cancer was not something I could avoid so not happy after being a loyal customer of this man for several years. Not happy, not inspired, feel very wronged and discriminated against.
